My CV link

I received my B.S. degree in manufacturing engineering from the Mechanical Engineering Faculty of Istanbul Technical University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2016. The poster of my senior design project can be found here. I received my M.S. degree in mechanical engineering in 2018 and my Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering in 2021, both from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Between 2021-2023 I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Automatic Control Lab (IfA) of ETH Zurich. I am currently leading the Control and Automation Group at inspire AG, in partnership with IfA.

Research interests

Control theory and applications, systems engineering, optimization methods, additive manufacturing, discrete event systems, manufacturing science, automation, cyber-physical systems, robotics, precision motion systems, statistical learning theory.
